I Love Austin, Texas, and while I wasn’t born here, I got here as fast as I could and have been living here and loving it since 1982! From the live music scene that’s unrivaled anywhere else in this country to the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country, I have had the privilege of calling Austin my “Home Sweet Home” for nearly 30 years. Much of that time has been spent helping others find their own Home Sweet Homes, buying and selling houses and condos to my many clients and friends, while at the same time investing in real estate for my family and others.
I am passionate about my job, and do my best to keep up with the latest trends and strategies so that I can pass them on to my clients. I work in my community neighborhood association, as well as with area groups of interest, and have volunteered, and even chaired or led numerous committees at ABOR – our local real estate board, for more than a dozen years.

I have been involved in real estate for 10+ years in some form or fashion. Starting with a good working knowledge base of construction, and moving to property management before the 2008 recession, then transitioning to Realtor in 2017. Having learned a lot about the ups and downs of the market by experiencing the difficulties of buying, selling and renting during tough economic times, I bring those experiences and skills to the table and put them to work for my valued clients. The time I have spent in construction has given me the ability to give various perspectives on the potential benefits of real estate, from flips, to buy and hold and construction, participating in many different types of real estate endeavors and honing my skills in doing so. AMANDA NAUGHTON
Growing up in a Military Family I was lucky to have traveled a lot. But my family roots go back to the early 1800’s right here in Texas. I graduated from Texas Tech University in their FIRST Hospitality Management graduation class. I worked in the hotel industry for many years until I moved into the Hi-Tech industry managing building Facilities. Both taught me what great customer service is and those skills served me well when I transitioned into Real Estate. My first real estate job was in charge of a Relocation Division for a well-known broker. I had terrific success creating more than a million dollars in sales the first 6 months, and going on from there to work on a team charged with managing bank owned properties and getting them marketed and sold. I’m not your ordinary Realtor & you are No ordinary client. The biggest part of my job is educating my clients in the process and assisting them in gathering all the details they need to make the best possible decision for them and their family. I am driven to help my clients understand the process, I am honest, and transparent in all aspects of the transaction, and I am not afraid to tell you what you need to hear, and not just what you want to hear. My real estate journey began in college with the realization that I wanted to live my life financially free and help others to do the same. I began studying different types of investments and was immediately drawn to the stock and real estate markets and I have been an avid student of both ever since.
